Description
Povado is located in the northern most region of the First Continent. It is protected by a vast mountain range to its south and has no neighboring kingdoms. It spans from the coast of the Sea of Gwen to the rocky region of the Eastlands. Most of kingdom's population is located in Inner Kingdom.
History
Povado had once been a prosperous and wealthy nation until conflict broke out between the monarchy and an anti-royalist movement. An ensuing eleven year war devastated large quantities of land and the central infrastructure causing many of Povado's citizens to migrate to other lands. The present state of the displaced population of Povado remains widely unknown, however some of their settlements are known to exist in the Lavalle-Valade region. The status of the Inner Kingdom is currently unknown.
Developer's Notes
Povado was the first game setting of Mystic Kingdom and is usually associated with what players call mk1.
